Analysis of Influencing Factors of Reading Intention on Library Elec － tronic Resources ———a Case of Liaoning Normal Llnirersity GAO Chun- ling，LU Xiao- jun Abstract On the context of fragmentized mobile reading ，concerns about user ’s mobile reading behavior， reading intention of library electronic resources ，and the means of making library reading services embedded into patrons ’reading behavior have been raised among librarians. This study targets the faculties and students of Liaoning Normal Llnirersity ，and reveals the users ’ intention of reading library electronic resources in terms of facilities characteristics and reading behavior. Finally ，it puts forward that library should improve the network infrastructure ，keep library mobile service running stably ，enhance reading experiences by providing handheld devices to patrons，embark effective reading guidance ，and develop personalized reading service to make the library reading activities working healthily.
