Gender is a kind of representation, and implies power relation and a hierarchical sys- tem. In the representation system, women are represented as the other not only by men and also by women themselves. Through mak- ing gender differences naturalizing and being eternal, the representation system for gender establishes the position of women as the oth- er and consolidates the location of the main body of men.
