摘要　 　 中小企业在我国经济社会中起着至关重要的作用。但是目前，我国中小企 业普遍存在融资难，现金流管理不合理的问题，这严重的制约了我国中小企业 的生存和发展，进而影响我国经济整体的健康发展。因此，加强现金流管理对 我国中小企业乃至整个经济的健康发展非常重要。所以对我中国中小企业现金 流管理的研究就很有必要。　 本文在对现金流的概念、理论进行叙述的基础上，阐述了我国中小企业以 及现金流和现金流管理的概念，确定了现金流管理的具体目标—安全性、流动 性、灵活性、持续性、效率性、效益性。并且针对中小企业的特点，提出了它 们区别于大企业的目标特性。在深入分析了现金流程、业务流程以及管理流程 后，针对性的提出了具体实施方法。并根据我国中小企业的现金流管理现状存 在的问题，结合现金流管理体系得出具有使用性的结论。　 　 【关键词】现金流管理　　　中小企业　　　现金流管理目标　　　现金流管理流程 　 　 1 Abstract In china, SMEs(small and medium enterprises) play a vital role in economic and social. But now, most of SMEs in China fall into the problem the management of cash flow and the difficulties in financing. And this proble m seriously restricts the survival and development of SMEs in China, and then affects the development healthy of Chinas economy as a whole. Therefore, to enhance cash flow management is very important to SMEs in China and even the healthy development of the economy. So, the study of the management of cash flow of china’s SMEs is to be very necessary. In this paper, for the first, I related the concept of cash flow. Based on the narrative. I expounded the concepts of Chinas SMEs as well as cash flow and the management of cash flow, and then I define the specific goals of cash flow management - security, mobility, flexibility, continuity, efficiency, effectiveness. Contrary to large enterprises, I proposed the target characteristics of SMEs. After depth analyzing cash flow process, business process and management process, I proposed the specific implementation apply for SMEs.
