马克思科学与资本联盟思想研究.doc

漳州师范学院法学硕士学位论文联盟主要表现为在扩大再生产过程中对新科学成果的及时占有及对科学研究等方面的及时投入，反映资本和科学空间联盟在时间上的动态发展。马克思科学和资本联盟思想揭示了科学和资本两者的相互关系，指出不管是在空间形式联系上，还是时间动态发展过程，都必须实现科学和资本的全面联系和合理配置，这些思想对我国社会主义市场经济建设有着重要的指导意义和启示作用。我国社会主义市场经济背景下，要加强科学研究的投入，特别是加大对基础科学研究的投入；应该加强科研机构与企业之间的互动，加快科学成果向生产实践的转化；同时还应该加强劳动者的培训，加强教育，提高劳动者的科学素养；加强保护科学成果相关法律法规的建设，为科学研究创造良好的环境。关键词：科学；资本；联盟；时间联盟；空间联盟IIabstractAbstractIntheknowledgeeconomytime,scienceandcapitalaretwofactorswhichplayvitalrolesinthedevelopmentofthesocialistmarketeconomy.Theyarecloselyconnected,andtheirinternalinteractionisstrong.Sotheallianceofscienceandcapitalisthekeytomaximizetheeffectiveness.InCapitalandotherworks,Marxdeeplystudiedthethoughtofscienceandcapitalalliance,whichrevealsimportanttheoreticalvalueandinstructingmeaning.Inthebooks,Marxwasnotlimitedtousethewordsciencetoexplaintheconceptofscience,butoftenusedsomespecifictermstorefertoscience.Forexample,Marxoftenusedmachinetorepresentscienceandtechnology,andsciencewasreplacedbyknowledge.Inordertodiscussclearly,scienceinthisarticlegenerallyreferstothenaturalsciences,technicalsciences,technologyproducts,processesandsoon.Marxrevealedthenatureofcapitalinthreeaspects:productive,socialandhistoric.Capitalinthisarticlemainlyreferstothecontextofitsproductionproperties.Scienceandcapitallinksclosely,whichplayimportantrolesinthedevelopmentprocessofeachother.Scienceisoneoftheconditionsofcapitalproductivity,onemeansofacquiringwealth,andprovidestheunlimitedexpansionofpowertocapitaldevelopment.Incapitaloperation,sciencecontinuestopermeatetheproductionprocess,becomesaproductiveforce.Forscientificresearch,capitalprovidesnotonlythenecessaryfunds,butalsoallthenecessarymaterialassistance.Theessenceofcapital,acquiringsurplusvalue,becomesthemotivationofscientificresearch,andcapitalinvestmentexpandsthescopeofscientificresearch.Apparently,therelationshipbetweenscienceandcapitalisbecomingmoreandmoreclosely,whichinfluence,affect,andlimiteachother.Inordertomakethebestoutofscienceandcapitalintheproduction,theiralliancemustberealized.The
