论高校面临的新形势和大学生思想政治教育创新.doc

内容摘要本文从政治、经济、文化、科技和高校改革等五个方面分析了与大学生思想政治教育密切相关的新形势，以及每种新形势对思想政治教育正负两个方面的影响。然后结合对大学生的思想状况调查，从政治素质、心理素质、道德素质、学生思想和行为方式、学生对待信息的态度、学生对待学习的态度等六个方面，对大学生的思想状况进行了表述，由于是想在分析的基础上论述解决问题的办法，所以在肯定大学生思想主流思想的前提下，主要是罗列了思想状况中不尽如人意的方面。面对新的形势和学生思想状况，文章指出了目前大学生思想政治教育存在的几个主要问题，即观念落后，系统封闭，学生管理的过程化微观化，学生管理框架不适应，教育目标、内容、方式方面的缺陷，教育队伍方面的问题，以及思想政治教育名称值得商榷之处。最后论述的是本文的核心部分——从七个方面提出了创新的思路，即观念创新、机制创新、内容创新、载体创新、方法创新、队伍创新和环境建设，其中，机制创新思路中关于新的学生工作运行机制、学生管理工作和班级的评价机制，内容创新中的六个“统一”，方法创新中的七个“结合”，队伍创新中的角色分工和整合等，是结合自己的工作实际进行的初次探索，自认为有一定的原创性。关键词：思想政治教育环境创新基础研究IIAbstractThepaperdiscussesthenewcircumstancesinpolitical,economical,cultural,technologicalfieldsandtransformationsinuniversities.Thesecircumstancesandreformationsaffectideologicalandpoliticaleducationofuniversity,eitherpositiveornegative.Thenthepaperanalyzesthemoral,thinkingandpoliticalstates,behaviorsofundergraduatesaccordingtoalatestinquiryontheirthinkingintheThreeGorgesUniversitybythewriter.Theanalysisisdoneinpolitical,devotional,mental,thinking,acting,moralaspectsandattitudestoinformationandstudying.Followingthischapter,thewriterpointsouttheproblemsexistinginideologicalandpoliticaleducation.Theyareoutdatedconcepts,closesystem,micromanagement,framesthatundergraduates’educationandmanagementrelyon,unscientificeducationaltarget,oldeducationalcontents,stiffeducationalmeasures,unstableandunprofessionaleducatorsandsupervisors,theunsuitedtitleofsubjectandsoon.Theforthchapteristhecoreofthispaper.Thewriterputsheremphasisuponit,theinnovationmeasuresofactualideologicalandpoliticaleducationtoundergraduatesinChina.Theinnovationsinvolvesconcepts,mechanism,educationalcontents,carriers,waysandmeans,teachingstaffsandenvironmentoptimization.Amongthesetransformationmeasures,therearesomeoriginalviewpoints.Forexample,thethoughtsaboutnewrunningandevaluatingmechanismonundergraduates’supervising,evaluatingmechanismonallclassesinuniversity.Six‘unification’ineducationalcontentscontainsbothnewthoughtsandparticularexpressionstoo,suchasconventionalethicandmodernmoral,oriente
