The Design and Study of Flight recording controller Abstract Flight recording controller used in a large flight test, the purpose is to through the remote terminal to control the bus controller, collection and records of related parameters during flight. Based on understood the research status and development trend of the 1553B bus technology of the domestic and foreign and the recorder which combined the 1553B bus technology, according to the need of actual flight test , proposed the design program of Flight recording controller. Through a combination of hardware and logic design, realized the function of control and record that the flight recording controller has. According to the need to collect and receive signals, this paper introduced the circuit and the logic design of the analog-to-digital conversion interface module from that how to select AD converter and the way of transformation, and introduced the circuit and the logic design of RS-422 interface and RS-232 interface from timing design of asynchronous serial transmission. This paper elaborated the scheme selection of data recording from invalid block checking and page programming. Through the calculation of the storage speed, verified the feasibility of the storage scheme. By using the ground test unit test and data processing and analysis of the test software, verified the accuracy and reliability of the data record. In this paper, based on the study and understanding of the technology of 1553B bus, described the design configuration and hardware circuit of remote terminal and bus monitor.
