机械电气工程学院本科毕业设计  题目： 葡萄埋藤机设计说明书  院 （系）  专 业  学 号  姓 名  指导教师  日 期  摘 要  本文通过调研葡萄的种植和国内外现有葡萄藤越冬埋土机械的使用情况，在综 合分析各自优点的基础上，通过自主创新研制出一种新型葡萄埋藤机。该机向两侧 抛土埋藤解决了葡萄藤越冬埋土机械化问题。本文设计的旋耕取土部件，解决了葡 萄埋藤机松土、碎土、抛土以及取土量大的问题。工作时取土宽度为 80cm，最大取 土深度 25cm，可以满足不同年份葡萄藤越冬埋土所需土量的要求。本文设计的葡萄 埋藤机能够适应不同行距的葡萄藤越冬埋土的要求，一次完成取土、抛土、埋土作 业，具有取土量大、埋土均匀工作效率高的特点，对实现葡萄藤越冬埋土机械化具 有很高的现实意义，促进了葡萄种植业机械化发展。  关键词:葡萄藤，抛土，越冬埋土，机械  Abstract  Based on the research of grape planting in domestic and foreign grapevine winter buried soil mechanical usage, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of their respective advantages, through independent innovation to develop a new type of grape cane machine.
