摘要 随着社会的发展，我国的建筑施工企业越来越多,但从我国建筑企业实际情况看，在工程项目的管理上与国际水平尚有较大差距，影响着我国工程项目管理水平的提高。工程项目的质量是工程项目管理的一个重要的指标。为此，改革传统项目管理模式，提高工程项目的质量，已是建筑企业的重要课题。【关键词】工程项目；质量管理；质量控制；检查和监督 Abstract Since reform and opening up, Chinas construction enterprises more and more, but the actual situation of Chinas construction enterprises in the management of the project there are still a wide gap between the international level, an impact on our project management levels. The project project management quality is an important indicator.
