毕业设计说明书 电动汽车用42/12V变换器的设计 专业 电气工程及其自动化 学生姓名 姚兰 班级 BD电气072 学号 0720601227 指导教师 王建冈 完成日期 2011年6月日 电动汽车用42/12V变换器的设计 摘 要在以燃料电池为电力能源的电动汽车中，由于燃料电池的输出特性偏软，输出电压不稳，需要在燃料电池与逆变器之间增加一个DC/DC变换器。DC/DC变换器在燃料电池电动汽车主要起以下作用： ()电压变换：通过DC/DC变换器对燃料电池的输出电压进行变换后再提供给电机驱动器。 (2)稳定电压：燃料电池的输出电压不稳，通过DC/DC变换器闭环控制系统对其进行稳压。SG3525芯片是电流控制型PWM控制器，所谓电流控制型脉宽调制器是按照接反馈电流来调节脉宽的。在脉宽比较器的输入端直接用流过输出电感线圈的信号与误差放大器输出信号进行比较，从而调节占空比使输出的电感峰值电流跟随误差电压变化而变化。由于结构上有电压环和电流环双环系统，因此，无论开关电源的电压调整率、负载调整率和瞬态响应特性都有提高，是目前比较理想的新型控制器。 关键词DC/DC变换器； ； Design on 42/12V converter used by electric vehicle Abstract: High power DC/DC converter is widely used in electric cars, Aerospace power supply system , Dc uninterrupted power supply system , Mobile power station and dc power amplifier and Power system power factor correction etc . According to the application system of different schemes ,DC/DC converter are divided into the Lord DC/DC (Including the boost type and step-down type ), Two-way DC/DC and Auxiliary DC/DC 3 kinds ,All of the converter has small volume, light quality, high conversion efficiency and stable operation etc. In fuel cells for electric energy of the electric car , because of the fuel cells output characteristic partial soft ,output voltage instability, need to be in fuel cells and inverter added between a DC/DC converter. DC/DC converter in fuel cell electric car up the following main role: (1) voltage transform: through the DC/DC converter to the output voltage of the fuel cells transformed again after provided to motor drive. (2) Stable voltage: fuel cell is the output voltage of instability, through the DC/DC converter closed-loop control system of the voltage.
