All Chinese insurance companies need enhance their competitiveness to meet challenge. The management process of insurance company is a course of risk assembling, risk control, risk financing and loss compensation, so risk control is always the focus of insurance company. The original researches are concentrated on the risk choosing mechanism before accepting insurance and the financial arrangement after underwriting. This dissertation paid attention to the constant changing feature of construction engineering insurance and Erection engineering insurance, and bring out the problem of improve the risk control mechanism of property insurance company, then carry out the research from four parts. Firstly, this paper do research on the construction and erection engineering insurance system and risk control of foreign country, and summarize the advance experience. Analysis the shortage of risk control work in our country, and sum the risk management theory, incentive theory and system theory.
