长安大学在校国防生群体状况及职业心态研究报告 作 者：屈先奇（工程机械学院） 指导老师：朱武威 长安大学在校国防生群体状况及职业心态研究报告 摘要：国防生作为优化军队干部力量的新来源，他们的群体状况和职业心态对我军的长远建设有着很大的影响，了解国防生的现状，走进他们的生活是国防生培养中不可或缺的环节，是我们必须重视部分。国防生的群体状况主要包括军政训练，行为作风、心理压力、学习状况和抗挫折能力几方面，而职业心态方面，我们着重调查了他们的入伍动机，将会在工作中遇到的问题，管理技能的掌握情况以及军事心理素质。相对于产生的问题的弊端，我们认为应该加强国防生献身国防的决心，注重培养他们的军事技能管理技能，加强国防生心理素质的培养，努力锻造出各方面都优秀的长安大学国防生精英队伍。 关键字：国防生 群体状况 职业心态 Abstract: Optimization of national defense as the military forces of a new source of cadres, their status and occupation groups, the mentality of the long-term building of our army has a great impact to understand the national defense of the status quo, into their lives is not culture or national defense missing link is that we must attach importance to some.
