寻常巷陌”餐厅室内空间设 计 Usual Lanes Restaurant Design 要 着社会的发展和进步，人们的生活质量和生活品味都有了一定程度的提高， 从而使得人们对其就餐环境也提出更高层次的要求，并寄予更多的情感，所以， 人们越来越重视餐饮空间环境及其氛围的营造，对饮食的需求已经从果腹充饥型 转向了享受型、休闲型，希望就餐的同时能够享受到更多有内涵、有文化品位的 舒适空间环境。但是，就我国目前餐饮空间环境的设计状况来看，有的已经做到 有个性、有特色、有内涵， 相当一部分却是表面高档材料的堆砌和某种艺术符 号的拼贴，并且模式趋于雷同。 根据我国餐饮空间设计的现状和发展趋势，本文以 “寻常巷陌”餐厅室内空 间设计为例，对时下中型休闲餐厅的创新设计方法进行研究。首先从该餐厅建筑 的背景入手，分析原结构状况，做出相对应的改造并根据主题确定设计定位；第 二，依据餐饮空间基本的设计规划进行餐厅整体的功能区域划分及 通流线的设 计；第三，通过解析餐饮空间色彩环境设计、装饰陈设设计以及光环境设计来诠 释餐厅格调的营造方法和设计要点；最后，综合全文，对我国中型休闲餐厅空间 设计做基本总结并对 “寻常巷陌”餐厅室内空间设计的不足做出简要分析。 关键词：餐饮空间；寻常巷陌；内涵；格调；创新设计 I Abstract With the development of the society, people have a better lifestyle and enj oy a higher quality of life to some extent, which make them have a higher level demands for their dining environment and therefore give them much more emotional feeling. Overall, the purpose for people to have diets is not only to feed their families but also to enj oy the diet and have leisure .For these reasons, people pay more attentions to the layout of the restaurant space environment and atmosphere of the design, expecting to enj oy more connotation, cultural taste of comfortable space environment while dining there . However, while considering the design of our current dining space environment ,we can find that some of them really have their own Personality, characteristics and content ,yet a considerable part of the others are j ust piled up by high-grade materials and collaged with some art symbols.
