On this basis, this paper puts forward the project quality management transformation model of forestry inventory and planning. The results of this study provide reference guides for forestry inventory and planning department to resolve the problems, such as quality management level not clear, the responsibility not clear, the process not smooth, and to integrate ISO9001 standard management concept and the organic integration of existing quality management mode, also to form a scientific and reasonable quality management system and quality assurance model.
