不同品种花椒药效比较研究 李惠勇 刘友平 李旻 张玲 范婧娴 （成都中医药大学，成都，610075） 摘要 目的：比较花椒和青椒的主要药效作用。方法：采用番泻叶致小鼠急性腹泻实验观察花椒的抗腹泻作用；采用小鼠扭体法实验观察其镇痛作用；采用炭末推进法观察其对正常小鼠小肠运动的影响。结果：对番泻叶致小鼠急性腹泻，花椒、青椒均有显著的抗腹泻作用且花椒较青椒作用强；对醋酸所致疼痛，花椒有显著的镇痛作用，青椒镇痛作用不明显。花椒和青椒均能抑制正常小鼠的小肠推进运动，且花椒作用明显强于青椒。结论：花椒和青椒均有明显的抗腹泻、抑制小鼠小肠推进运动作用且花椒作用较强；花椒有明显的镇痛作用，青椒镇痛作用不明显。 关键词 花椒；青椒；抗腹泻；镇痛；小肠推进 Study on efficacy of different varieties of Chinese prickly ash LI Hui-yong, LIU You-ping, LI Ming, ZHANG Ling, FAN Jing-xian (Chengdu University of TCM, chengdu 610075, China) Abstract: Object: To compare the main efficacy of zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim and z. schinifolium sieb.et zucc. Methods: Senna is used to mice to acute diarrhea Chinese prickly ash experimental observation of the anti-diarrhea; writhing in mice by using experimental observation of its analgesic effect at the end of promoting the use of carbon observed in normal mice on the impact of small bowel movement. Results: Senna on the mouse caused by acute diarrhoea, zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim and z. schinifolium sieb.et zucc have significant role in the anti-diarrhea and zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim stronger role than z. schinifolium sieb.et zucc; the pain caused by acetic acid,the two have significant analgesic effect, z. schinifolium sieb.et zucc and analgesic effects is not obvious. Zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim and z. schinifolium sieb.et zucc. in normal mice could inhibit the movement promoting the small intestine, and the front effect is stronger than the latter. Conclusion: Zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim and z.schinifolium sieb.et zucc are obviously anti-diarrhea, intestinal inhibited mice and pepper role in promoting the movement stronger role; the front has clear analgesic effect, the latter analgesic effect was not obvious.
