The construction of the course of the software has also caused highly attention, so the school that set up perfect teaching system becomes the first task, and software engineering construction site is an important link, so the website construction will become an inevitable trend. In view of the actual situation that the software engineering construction shows , the paper used three layer structure model to build the system platform and realized the structure based on MVC pattern of software engineering construction web design and development, made originally complex development work to become simple. At the same time the system uses the Myeclipse software development and JSP that buildes friendly interaction page, realized the system and information of standardization. The user can browse the content that the software engineering specialty, the general situation, the talent training scheme, teachers, teaching conditions, teaching reform and construction achievements, teaching effect and the evaluation detailed. The online message function that made the convenience for customers and management personnel to communicate and exchange realized that the user can give your opinion and can browse the other users message. The administrator can leave message for users reply and that undoubtedly provide strong support for software engineering
