Auto-body global packaging is a very important job and complex design
process in designing automobile. Auto-body global packaging is particularly
important in the safety and comfort of the car based on ergonomics to the idea of
people-oriented. Auto-body gl obal packaging is good or bad, directly determines
the success or failure of the design, and therefore it has a very important practical
significance to the virtual evaluation of safety and comfort.
At first, this paper conduct driver safety studying, create a driver restraint
system model by using MADYMO, conduct sensitivity analysis on the parameters
of the restraint system,optimize the sensitivity parameters using orthogonal test
design based on the evaluation of the restraint system and provide guidanc
