南 京 工 程 学 院 专 接 本 毕业设计说明书(论文) 作 者： 王严刚 学 号： 101031233 学院（系、部）： 精密制造工程系 专 业： 数控加工与模具设计 题 目： 垫片冲裁复合模的设计 指导者： 陆宝山 评阅者： 2014 年 摘要 由于当代计算机技术和制造技术的飞速发展、不断提高的工业产品质量，冲压模具设计与制造技术正在转变成由手工设计、依靠人工经验和传统的机械加工技术向以计算机辅助设计（CAD）、数控切削加工、数控电加工为核心的计算机辅助设计与制造（CAD/CAM）技术。 本次毕业设计以垫片为研究对象，通过CAD绘图，来设计了模具主要工作零件和模具的总装配图。本次设计的模具将落料、冲孔两步工序集成在一起进行，具有操作方便、一次成形、生产效率高的特点；计算合理的凸凹模间隙、设计最佳的模具设计结构并且完成对工件的加工；研究了零件冲压复合模具的整体结构及其工作原理。为保证冲裁件的加工质量，对复合模具加工中会出现的问题，以及冲裁件的质量进行了详细的分析和处理方案。本次设计的思路对其他类似冲裁零件提供了参考价值 在本次毕业设计中，利用CAD软件对模具进行设计，是一次对曾经学习过的知识的全面总结和使用，是加强和加深各种理论知识熟练运用的实践过程。 关键字: 冲压模具 垫片 复合冲裁模 CAD SUMMARY With the rapid development?of computer technology and manufacturing technology,?the?industry?to improve the quality of the products,?stamping?die design and?manufacturing technology is?by hand design,?rely on artificial experience and conventional?machining?technology to the computer aided design?(CAD),?CNC machining,?CNC?machining is the core of the computeraided design and manufacturing?(CAD/CAM)?technical?transformation.
