Methods Making the embryo atelencephalia model by passive smoking in pregnancy,we administrated Liuweidihuang Tang traditional and uperfine-powde decoction, and measured the pathology changes of the brain, BDNFmRNA TRK-BmRNA BAX BCL-2 Caspase-3 SOD MDA neural reflex and study and memory abilities. Results There is a marked decrease of Nissle body count in the embryo brain of model group1, compared with the control group1 p0.01 ; and there is a marked increase of it in the treated groups p0.01 . There is a marked decrease of the embryo brain BDNFmRNA and TRK-BmRNA in the model group1, compared with the control group1 p0.01 ;and there is a marked increase of that in and the uperfine-powder groups and the traditional decoction group 1, compared with the control grou1 p0.01 .
