[键入文字]  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文 -  PAGE I- -  PAGE 10 - 东方学院多功能教学楼设计 摘要 本工程为东方学院教学楼，主体采用框架结构，设计基准期为50年，设计安全等级为二级，设计耐火等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为7度。钢筋混凝土框架结构，楼（屋）面全部采用现浇钢筋混凝土，柱下独立基础。本工程设计以现有的工程实例为研究对象，设计过程包括结构建筑设计和结构设计两大部分。建筑设计方面在满足生产工艺流程基本要求的条件下，同时考虑到消防、水、暖、电等专业方面和甲方需要，充分利用建筑结构内的空间及框架结构的特点和优点进行建筑平面和结构竖向设计，在立面的处理上，力求美观新颖，经济可靠。设计方法主要采用天正、AutoCAD等结构和建筑软件。结构设计部分主要以概念设计为主，计算为辅的基本设计理念，通过PKPM结构计算系列设计软件，对钢筋混凝土框架结构进行空间结构分析计算，其计算结果真实可靠，梁柱采用平面表示法来绘制施工图。手解框架一榀和楼梯结构配筋设计，手解框架内容为荷载汇集、内力计算、内力组合、配筋计算。建筑设计始终本着“技术先进，经济合理，安全适用，确保质量”的基本原则，以国家的相应建筑规范、标准为根本依据，完成了毕业设计任务书所要求的所有建筑平面设计。 结构设计以“安全，经济，美观”为出发点，进行了竖向荷载汇集，内力计算，内力组合，风荷载验算，板、梁、柱、楼梯等结构构件的设计。设计过程中，充分的运用所学的土木专业知识，熟悉并能很好地应用各种设计规范与标准，熟知和使用先进的设计方法、计算处理软件。结构主体采用框架结构体系，设计既满足了建筑对整体刚度的要求，又能提供较大的内部空间，从而更好地满足设计和使用要求。 关键词　多层高校教学楼；框架结构；结构设计 -  PAGE 107- The design of Oriental Educational Building Abstract This project is the Oriental Institute of the classroom building, the main use of frame structure, design reference period of 50 years, design safety rating of 2, designed to fire resistance rating of 2, the seismic intensity of 7 degrees.
