According the view of integration of space and system: Structure determines function, entity is great than the sum of the parts, integration layout is conducive to the generate economies of scale. To optimize the layout for the regional tourism industry is conductive to the overall development of regional tourism, enhancing the overall level of regional tourism, and to avoid redundant conduction of tourism attractions and space competition. The article is on the basis of relevant theories, analysis the impact factors that to optimize the layout for the regional tourism industry, and establish the system of the tourism industry layout to be optimized. For construction of the system is reasonable need to be tested in practice. So, the article raised the standard scale of optimization. First of all , in theory, the article draws on the basis of previous studies, As the context theory of regional economics, industrial economics and tourism geography the background, Summing up the optimizations of regional tourism industry layout to theory of comparative advantage ,the theory of growth poles , integration of space, the theory of tourism consumer behavior as the theoretical basis, and the same time, the impact various factors of the regional tourism industry layout are all more comprehensively analysis , such as resource endowment, economic factors, regional factors, market factors and the development of external policy support systems of in the
