JiaWeiFangji Dihuang Decoction on the treatment of ( deficiency of heart Yin, blood stasis and heat within the node ) type of generalized anxiety disorder clinical curative effect observation Speciality: Neurological medicine of TCM Author:CuiWenJuan Tutor: Prof.Wang Zhonglin Abstract Objective: to explore the JiaWeiFangji Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of insomnia curative effect observation on GAD of Deficiency of heart Yin, blood stasis and heat within the node Methods: Randomly divided the 60 cases which met the inclusion criteria, generalized anxiety disorder patients into two groups ,the Experimental group is JiaWeiFangji Dihuang Decoction group ,contain 30 cases, the Control group is Qingnao Fushen liquid group contain 30 cases , Each of the 2 groups using the corresponding drugs clinical treatment, the Course of treatment is 4 weeks. HAMA and the scale of TCM symptoms were applied to measure the treatment effect. Results: According to the Improvement rate Of HAMA ,we can find that the total effective rate of Experimental group was 93.33%, the therapeutic evaluation and greater was 86.67%,the total effective rate of comparative group was 80.67%, the therapeutic evaluation and greater was 16.67% ．The effectbetween 2 groups had significant difference(p0 ．05) ． 2.
