China June, 2012 摘 要 随着我国老龄化社会的来临和空巢家庭的逐渐增多，养老问题成为社会中越 来越突出的问题之一，机构养老的需求也在逐渐增加。为研究如何使用社会工作 的理念和方法服务于我国的机构养老工作，本文运用个案工作方法，以贵阳市某 敬老院中一位入住老人为工作对象，以专业视角介入目标机构和目标群体，针对 其具体问题制订了工作计划和方法，通过三个阶段的工作和访谈，帮助其解决： 因近期敬老院房间调整而导致的不满、对敬老院服务的满意度低以及自我价值感 缺失等问题。经过与敬老院负责人的沟通联系，案主的房间调整问题获得解决； 向敬老院提交一份服务计划书，提升工作人员服务水平加强基础设施建设，改变 入住老人对敬老院的看法；帮助案主回忆生命中美好的事情，充分发掘案主的兴 趣爱好，使之体会到生活的乐趣和生命的价值。将社会工作的理念和方法运用于 养老机构中，能在一定程度上改善入住老人的生活状况，提升入住老人的幸福感， 但社会工作的发展面临新的要求和挑战。 关键词：个案工作方法；养老机构；入住老人；幸福感 I Abstract With the coming of Chinese aging society and the constant increase of empty-nest families, the pension problem has become one of the increasingly prominent problems in society, and the need for aged-caring institutions is also gradually increasing. In order to conduct a research of how to use the concepts and methods of social works to serve our Chinese age-caring institutions, this paper has adopted the case study method, using an old people who stay at a nursing home in Guiyang City as the object.
