Study on Traditional Chinese Medical Syndrome of Precancerous Lesions of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Speciality：Digestive System Disease Internal Medicine of TCM Athour ：Hu Wanjing Tutor：Professor LuGuangchao Abstract Objective ：Through investigation methods of clinic epidemiology,to study the traditional Chinese medical(TCM for short) syndrome of precancerous lesions of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis(CAG for short),so as to guide the practice,improve the clinical efficacy and the treatment level. Methods ：Collect the clinical and endoscopic data of 156 patients with precancerous lesions of CAG,introduce “GastroscoPic signs” into the syndrome differentiation of TCM,summarize the collected data, and make statistical analysis by chi-square test and factor analysis. Results ：Through the statistics by factor analysis,the result shows that the 156 subjects who is in the course of precancerous lesions of CAG exist six patterns,they are Pi-wei-xu-ruo ， with Shen-qi- bu zu ， Qi-zhi-xu-yu, Pi-wei-qi-zhi,Gan-qi-yu-jie,Gan-huo-wang-cheng,Gan-qi-fan-wei.Conclusions ： Comprehensive,crossed and overlapping changes were ofen seen in macroscopic syndrome differentiation of TCM,gastroscopic observation of mucosal lesions,and etiologic diagnosis of Hp,whereas tidy and unitary changes were very rare,which was in accordance with the characteristic of precancerous lesions of CAG——complicated pathogenesis and variable pathological nature.
