中文摘要 中新药业天津第六中药厂是天津市中药制药企业领头羊，其主打产品速效救 心丸享誉全国，远销海外。随着经济市场化和全球化，中药制药企业面临着越来 越多的机遇和挑战。要提高自己的综合实力以求生存和发展，最有效的途径就是 提高自己的管理水平，这就需要通过信息技术使管理思想得以实现。先进的 ERP 系统的建设对企业来说越来越迫切。制药企业的信息化建设已经从最初的单机使 用、分散开发，己经发展到了目前的统一平台、统一数据库、统一网络的全面建 设。 本文针对中药制药企业的特点，以中新药业天津第六中药厂信息化系统的建 设工作为基础，以 ERP 项目实施流程为研究对象，以流程管理理论和企业信息 化理论为指导，对第六中药厂目前所处的内外部竞争环境进行了系统全面分析， 对企业内部管理、业务流程管理、信息化现状等问题进行了细致研究，并找到了 各业务流程存在的种种问题。针对问题，提出了第六中药厂信息化战略目标和 ERP 项目实施流程整体设计方案，并针对于生产管理子系统的设计及应用进行了 详细的说明，为企业 ERP 项目的成功实施做好了理论指导。本论文的课题来源 是第六中药厂信息化项目(6ZY-ERP)，该信息化系统现在正在实施过程中，为企 业决策提供了准确、及时的信息。 关键词 ：ERP ，GMP，流程管理，信息化 ABSTRACT Zhongxin P harmaceutical T ianjin No. 6 P harmaceutical Factory of T raditional Chinese Medicine is a leader of Tianjin traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical enterprises.
