In the management of Commercial Bank, managing the financial risk is an indispensable work. The financial risk is not only attached to a variety of risks, but also the ultimate expression of other risks, which is closely linked to Bank funds. The management of financial risk must be integrated into the category of comprehensive risk management. And the management of financial risk has throughout the whole process of risk management. This article mainly analyzes the problems and reasons that often occur in the management of financial risk. And put forward some measures to deal with the risk, such as managing the liquidity risk, improving the capital structure, raising the consciousness of risk management, improving the credit rating system, improving the level of scientific decision-making, and perfecting the internal control system. The purpose is to reduce the financial risk of Commercial Bank and to achieve its maximum benefit.
