Clinical Study on the effect of shensongyangxin capsule treating HRT in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and the discussion of the mechanism Speciality: Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author: Bi Yongzhi Tutor: Prof.Liu Xiangqun Abstract Objective:To observe the clincical effect of shensongyangxin capsule treating heart rate turbulence in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and explore its mechanism in order to provide a new theoretical basis for the treatment and the improvement of the prognosis.Methods:According to the standards,50 cases of hospital inpatients or outpatients diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy were divided randomly into two groups:basic treatment group and shensongyangxin capsule treating group.The basic treatmennt group with 25 cases were dosed with routine western medicine,and the shensongyangxin capsule treating group with 25 cases were dosed with shensongyangxin capsule on the basic treatment of routine western medicine.Before and after the treatment, HRT-negative rate,turbulence onset (TO), turbulence slope (TS) and the sum of premature ventricular contraction(PVC) were calculated through 24h Holte;QT dispersion(QTd) was calculated through ECG;left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD) and stroke volume (SV) were detected by echocardiography;6 minutes walk test and Hamilton Depression Rating Points were measured; electrolytes, liver and renal function were measured.The patients were followed up every two weeks.Observing the these changes before and after treatment in order to determine the efficacy and security.Results:Before the t
