中文 摘 要 高 中生 处 于个 体 成 长 过 程 中 的 重要 阶段 ，由于个 体 在 这 个 时期 身心 发 展 具 有 不平 衡 性 ，生 活 经 验 范 围不 断扩 大 ，特 别 是 面对 高考 的压 力 ，他 们 比 以往 面 临更 多 的挑 战 ，更容 易 出现 抑 郁 情 绪 。因此 调查 高 中生抑 郁 状 况 ，探 讨 抑 郁 的影 响 因 素具 有 重 要 的意 义 。本研 究通 过 对 高 中牛 的积 极 心 理 资 本 、适 应 及 抑 郁 关 系 的 调 查 ，对 高 中生这 一 群 体 的抑 郁 状 况 加深 了解 ，提 高 高 中z士：的积 极 心 理 资本 水平 ， 增 强他 们 的社会 适 应 能力 ，进 而 降低 他 们 抑 郁 情 绪 出现 的概率 。 本研 究使用 流 调 用抑 郁 量 表 、积 极 心 理 资本 量 表 和 《青 少年 心 理 健 康 素质 调 查 表 》适 应 分 量 表 ，采 用 随机 取 样 方 法 对 天津 市 某 高 中 1 个 班 360 名 高 中生进 行 了调 查 ， 研 究 结 果表 明 ： 1.高 中生较 易 出现 抑 郁情 绪 ，应 予 以关注 。 2.高 中生抑 郁 情 绪 在 不 同年 级 间存 在 显 著 差 异 ， 男 女性 别 间没有 显 著 差 异 。 3.高 中生积 极 心 理 资本 与抑 郁存 在 显 著 负相 关 ， 高 中生适 应 与抑 郁 存 在 显 著 负相 关 。 4.高 中生适 应 在 积 极 心 理 资 本 与抑 郁 间起 到 部 分 中介 作 用 。 以上 结果 说 明 ，为 了预 防高 中生 的抑 郁 情 绪 ，降低 高 中生抑 郁情 绪 出现 的概 率 ，需要 学校 及 教 师 采 取 有 效 手段 ，调节 高 中生 的积 极 心 理 资本 水平 ，提 高 高 中 生 的社 会 适 应 能 力 。 关 键 词 ：适 应 积 极 心 理 资本 抑 郁 高 中生 A b str a c t H igh schoo l students are in the im portant stage of personal grow th , b ecause there is an im balance betw een th e physical and m ental dev elopm ent of the ind iv idual, their experience of life exp anded, especially in th e face of pressure of the un iversity en trance exam , they face m ore an d m ore challenges than ev er b efore, an d are m ore prone to depression .T herefore, it has a sp ecial sign ificance to investigate the depression status of h igh school students and to study the factors that influence depression .
