The unreasonable utilization of water resources and development, the worst is the main factor of water pollution is increasingly serious. Sewage treatment process, therefore, high efficient, reasonable and economic guarantee is the key to solve these problems. This design is wont XiaoXi Town of 800 m3 / d for preliminary design of sewage treatment station. According to the XiaoXi Town of geographical location and the size of the sewage plant, and combining in the field of biological nitrogen removal, biological contact oxidation process is most suitable for the process sewage treatment station. Using biological membrane water treatment of wastewater biological contact oxidation is attached to the carrier biofilm, achieve organic wastewater purification water treatment technology with high efficiency, high process stability, less processing structures, the advantages of less investment. Through this process of treated effluent water quality and can meet the Level B of Class 1 innational urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard (GB18918-2002) .
