An info record (short for “purchasing information record”) provides information for Purchasing. It contains data on a certain material and the vendor (supplier) of that material. For example, the vendor’s current price for the material is stored in an info record. An outline purchase agreement is a longer-term arrangement with a vendor regarding the supply of materials or performance of services according to predefined terms and conditions.
