Three stages of measurement need to be done : the stage of limited speed , the stage of car testing and the stage of monitoring. In each stage , the vertical and horizontal forces of inner and outer rails , the coefficient of derailment and the rate of wheel load reduction , and the displacement of the railhead should be tested , and the elasticity crowding amount of the track distance calculated. According to test results obtained , the running safety is evaluated , at the same time the whole course of run ning safety is monitored.
