摘要 Research on the Monitoring and Control System for Simulator of Diesel Engine AbstractMERS is a simulator, which simulates the process of ship to train the sailor. MERS is an essential equipment for modern navigation education, which has been placed in the rank of evaluated items by the Maritime Affairs Bureau of China, and it is used in many countries and many colleges. Now, our country has been the third shipbuilding country in the world, and the nation develops the shipbuilding as advanced technical trade. As our institute is looked as the base of training shipbuilding engineer, the introduction of MERS will highly promote the teaching revolution and the scientific research of our institute. After reading a great number of references and researching many kinds of ship, a detailed summary of new design in MERS is made in this paper. Based on network, a design of MERS is introduced, which includes the general construction and designing of MERS, the characteristic and function of the MERS, the total designing assignment and idea, the design of the Distributed Control System, the design of real-time configuration software, the design of net function and communication, and so on. Through modular design, we design the hardware and the software that can achieve the monitoring and control function of the diesel engine, donkey engine and automatic generators. Project is used by the technology of computer network, real-time databank and the DCS, and introduced by several cooperated computers. Each of them can run to finish the special simulation. Recently the requirement of monitoring and controlling diesel engine has been asked to work more steadily and reliably, with the improvement of the marine engine r
