Kinematics Analysis of the Movement of Cutting Tool against the Workpiece and Creation of new Machining Schemes Karol Vasilko Abstract When studying the relative movements if the tool and the workpiece, it is possible to achieve non-traditional technological methods of machining the surfaces of machine parts. The paper analyzes individual cases of turning of rotary, especially cylindrical surfaces, which have resulted from the kinematics analysis. The paper also derives relations for the determination of characteristics of machining and of machine time, which can be utilized when selecting a rational method for engineering practice. Individual methods are compared by evaluating the machine time and the resulting uneveness of the machined surface.
