88.1％，在乳腺癌中的表达与腋窝淋巴结的转移情况、肿瘤大小、病理类型和组 织学分级无关（P 均＞0.05）；BRCA1 在乳腺纤维腺瘤中的阳性表达率 86.7％，在 乳腺癌中的阳性表达率 52.4％，乳腺癌中腋窝有淋巴结转移的表达率明显低于无 淋巴结转移的表达率（P＜0.05），并随着肿瘤分级的升高有逐渐下降趋势，其中 级和级、级和级间的差异显著（P＜0.05），级与级间无差异 （P=0.075），BRCA1 的表达与肿瘤的组织学类型、肿块大小无关（均 P＞0.05）；  IGF1R 和 BRCA1 在乳腺癌中的表达无相关性（χ2=1.620  P＞0.05）。  结论 由此推断，IGF1R 和 BRCA1 在乳腺癌中的发生发展过程中有重要的作用，它 们有可能成为临床对乳腺癌诊断、靶基因治疗和判断预后的分子生物学指标；另 外 IGF1R 和 BRCA1 在乳腺癌的发生中可能是两个独立事件。 关键词：乳腺肿瘤；胰岛素生长因子-1 受体；乳腺癌易感基因-1；免疫组织化 学 The expression and significance of BRCA1 and IGF1R in breast malignant and benign tumors Abstract Background and Objective Breast cancer is one of the most common malignancies among women.Untilnow,its etiology has not been fully understood.Now,cumulative experimental results suggest that breast cancer susceptibility gene one(BRCA1) and the insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ receptor(IGF1R) play a critical role in breast cancer development and progression.BRCA1 is a tumor suppressor gene,which normally function as a negative regulator of the cell cycle ,DNA repair and may be an active inhibitor of neoplastic progression.Germline alteration of BRCA1 is well known to cause familial breast cancer. Mutation of the BRCA1 gene has been demonstrated in 80% of familial breast cancer.Although somatic mutation of the BRCA1 gene are rare in sporadic breast cancers,a high incidence of reduced the expression of BRCA1 protein in sporadic breast cancers has been demonstrated.This,in turn,suggests that the BRCA1 gene might have a tumor suppressor function also in sporadic breast cancer.The insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰreceptor is a tyrosine kinase,transmembrane receptor expressed in most body tissues and required for normal growth of cells.IGF-1R can mediate signal transduction by the insulin-like growth factor system and play an important role in transformation events.It is highly overexpressed in most malignant tissues,including colon cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer,and so on.The insulin-like growth factor type one receptor has an important role
