保定热电厂南郊热电联产工程项目经济性评价论文.docVIP

摘  摘  要  要  电力工业项目的建设属于一个技术密集、资金密集的基础产业，也是能源项目 建设的重中之重，是我国的基础产业建设项目之一，直接影响着我国国民经济健康 发展和平衡。近年来，随着保定市和清苑县城市建设和经济的快速发展，人民生活 水平的不断提高，工业用汽量和采暖用汽量增长很快，供需矛盾十分突出。大唐保 定南郊热电厂工程的建设将落实保定市集中供热规划南部热源点的建设，该项目建 成后将使保定市南部及清苑县的环境得到极大的改善，同时，对保定市和清苑县的 经济发展做出积极贡献。 本文以国内外项目经济性评价研究动态为基础，以保定南郊热电厂工程项目为 研究对象，首先介绍了热电厂经济性评价的相关理论，主要包括热电厂经济性评价 的内容及方法；结合项目具体特点，从工程项目建设条件、热负荷规划等方面介绍 了该工程项目的实施概况及可行性，最后，找出影响项目工程经济性评价的关键因 素，分别论述了该项目的能耗管理、综合管理、燃料管理以及生产设备管理经济性 评价，运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法，对该项目进行综合经济性评价，对保定 南郊热电厂工程作出论据充分、科学合理、实事求是的经济性评价。得出结论，认 为该工程装机方案各项技术、经济指标均符合有关规定的要求，工程经济效益良好， 社会环境效果明显，具有较强的的竞价上网能力和抗风险能力，即项目在技术和经 济上均是可行的，这将促使保定市的经济发展。 关键词：热电联产；可行性研究；经济性评价 I Abstract Abstract The construction of power industrial projects belong to technology-intensive, capital-intensive basic industries, also is the most important energy project, is one of the basic industrial construction , directly affects the healthy development and balance of our economy. In recent years, with urban construction and the rapid economic development of the Qingyuan County and Baoding City, the continuous improvement of living standards, industrial steam and heating steam consumption increased rapidly, supply and demand is very prominent. Construction of the southern suburbs of Baoding Thermal Power Plant project will implement the construction of Baoding district heating planning of the southern heat source, After the completion of the project, will greatly improved the environment of the southern in Baoding City and Qingyuan County, Meanwhile, Qingyuan County, Baoding, south and make a positive contribution to economic development of Baoding City and Qingyuan County.
