Taking analysis of the power circuit,driver circuit and developing a automatic detective device based on the E380-4T0037 inverter designed by SHEN ZHEN SUNFΛNG ELECTRICAL TECHNOLOGY LTD.The device is required to accomplish taking a detection to the power drive board, which the minmum drive wave delay time 360 ns ,and the the minmum peak voltage holding time 500ns. The device is composed of the host computer and the guest computer. The interface and communication of the host computer are designed based on VB6.0 and the MSCOMM which base on Windows XP. The host computer can accomplish send command, receive the process results, judge and display the signal results. Adopting MB90462A MCU manufactured by FUJITSU as main control IC which has low cost, low power consumption, easy development, good performance,high-speed capture processing and high-speed A/D conversion The guest computer process the signal sampled and transmit the result to the host computer, and the software is programmed by C. The guest computer hardware circuit is designed according to the point detected.
