DC1121E1001? 专 业 ?? 工商管理 指 导 教 师?? 牟 文? 完 成 时 间?? 2014年1月2日? ? ? ? 摘???????要 ? 为鼓励民营企业快速健康的发展，国家先后出台了一系列的政策，这对于我国民营企业来说既是机遇也是挑战。世界经济的竞争,越来越集中地表现在创新能力竞争上,而管理创新是创新体系中的关键环节。本文从分析我国民营企业管理创新的紧迫性入手,结合我国民营企业所面临的市场化、全球化、信息化挑战以及知识经济到来与加入世界贸易组织的大环境要求,提出了我国企业目前管理创新的重点领域以及实施管理创新的对策。我国民营企业如何在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟并能够取得长足发展是当前迫切需要解决的问题。管理理念创新是我国私营企业惟一出路，即加强企业管理创新，提高企业的竞争力顺应新经济体制转轨，是企业生存和发展的立锥之本。 关键词：民营企业 管理创新 管理措施 Abstract To encourage the development of private enterprises rapid and healthy, the state has promulgated a series of policies, this is Chinas private enterprises both opportunities and challenges.
