Issued by the Ministry of Education in 2000, Curriculum Guidelines for Primary and Secondary Schools (Trial) pointed out that the arrival of the information society, students of information literacy will become the main objective of teaching information technology. With the popularity of information technology in the country, the various problems followed one after another, this paper focuses on detailed performance technology, through the research of performance technology and information technology relations, performing information technology ideas into secondary school information technology teaching, then analyzes the problems of teaching in a Normal School, using performance technology analysis, design, development, management and evaluation and other sectors tries to solve the current problems in information technology, and analysis the application of information technology in secondary school.
