中国矿业大学银川学院 本 科 毕 业 设 计 年 月 日 摘要 本次设计主要是针对年加工万吨原油的常压设计。 原油常压蒸馏为原油的一次加工工艺，在原油加工流程中占有相当大的作用，其加工的好坏直接影响到后续的加工过程。为了更好地提高原油的生产能力，本着降低投资成本、能耗，提高效益的宗旨对原油进行常压蒸馏设计。设计的基本方案是：初馏塔油，常压，常压塔塔顶为汽油，三侧线分别是煤油、轻柴油和重柴油。本设计为常压蒸馏部分。 关键词：原油，常压蒸馏，热量衡算，物料衡算 ABSTRACT The design is mainly directed against the annual handing capacity of 2000000 tons crude oil atmospheric design.
