摘 要 畜牧业的发展水平，反映了一个国家的经济发展水平和技术进步程度，在一些畜 牧业发达国家，畜牧业产值在农业总产值中占有很高的比例，在畜牧业产值中，60％ 以上是由牧草转化来的，所以牧草生产是畜牧业中最基础的产业，还是一个经济效益 较高的产业。但是，我国牧草收获机械化水平低，设备陈旧不能满足收获需求，有时 还需要人工收割，使牧草产量和品质下降，缺乏牧草收获机械，已阻碍了草产业的发 展。 本课题的确定是在广泛走访国内用户，收集、分析以往使用经验以及国外同类产 品最新技术资料的基础上确定的。研制了一种可以一次完成切割、压扁、集拢铺条三 种作业工序的切割压扁机，它的特点是，采用了凸轮式的拨禾轮，增加了梳禾和割下 牧草的推送能力；采用了悬吊式摆杆机构做为切割器的驱动机构；采用了一对对称反 向螺旋凸纹宽幅的橡胶压扁辊和钢制压扁辊，且其纵向有一定的安装角度；采用了机 械式仿形装置，结构简单仿形效果好。 本文针对切割压扁的研究，运用机械设计方法和机械原理，参照畜牧机械设计手 册和各部件的工作要求，进行尺寸确定，用solidworks2010 三维设计软件，进行实体 建模。 关键词：苜蓿；切割压扁机；摆杆机构；凸轮式拨禾轮；反向螺旋压扁辊；仿形 The Experimental design on the Performance of 9GBQ-3.0 Model Rubbing Chopper Abstract The development level of animal husbandry，reflect a nations economic development level and technical progress，in some animal husbandry developed countries，proportion of output value of animal husbandry is high in the total agricultural output rates ，in the animal husbandry production value ，so in animal husbandry forage production is the foundation industry .However，our country forage harvest mechanization level is low and old equipment can not satisfy the demand harvest ，sometimes people need to harvest ，these make forage output and quality decline，lack of forage harvest machinery has hindered the development of forage industry .
