摘 要 本文研究Y2000 Automated x-ray Diffractometer system对样品的相结构进行分析。用型号为SEMI-VICKERS HARDNESS TESTER HV-10的维氏硬度仪的The relationship between log resistivity (logρ) and the reciprocal of the absolute temperature (1/T) of the prepared NTC thermistors was nearly linear,indicative of NTC characteristics. It was found that the electrical resistivity, B 25/85 constant, and activation energy of the thermistors increased with increasing Al 2 O 3 conten热敏电阻电阻率和绝对温度的倒数之间的关系，负温度系数特性Al2O3掺量的增加，样品的B值逐渐增加，且老化后各样品的B值增大，对温度变化的敏感性增强；在热敏常数B为定值时，NTC的电阻率增加。热敏电阻  Abstract In this paper, the preparation、 and properties of FeMnNi1-xAlxO4 have been discussed. Using plasticizer to help shape and high temperature solid state reaction to prepare FeMnNi1-xAlxO4.?With Y2000 Automated x-ray Diffractometer system , the phase structure of the samples were analyzed.?The hardness of the sample was measured by the model SEMI-VICKERS HARDNESS TESTER HV-10 Vickers hardness.?Using homemade equipment to analyze temperature and resistance characteristics of the sample.?The results show that the alumina and other oxides formed solid solution; The relationship between the resistivity of the sample and the reciprocal of absolute temperature is linear, which just showed the negative temperature coefficient characteristics of NTC?; With the Al2O3 content increasing, the value of B gradually increased, and after aging, the value of B also increaseed,which showed the temperature sensitivity of the sample was more strength; When the thermal constant B is constant, NTC resistivity increased with?alumina content increases.
