1060342047 固网智能化中的若干关键问题研究 金晓华 学号： THE FIXED NETWORK INTELLIGENCE CERTAIN KEY QUESTION RESEARCH ABSTRACT Today, times of traditional Public Switched Telephone Network, which specialize in expand，is going to end ，and its market is nearly full ，the increment of consumers is going down. Service is becoming the competition emphasis between communication companys. Investment is turned from hardware network to service. So companys have to facing the new problems, like as, excavating network potential ，improving resource efficieney ， extending market in new ways ，expanding APRU ，intensifying business ability. In this paper, the problems existed in traditional network service are introduced at first. The paper gives some ideas about providing individuation service and making more profit for company. The thesis describes the PSR-based network intelligence service platform and the SHLR-based network intelligence service platform of the telecom industry. It also detailedly describes four network intelligence services. And then some ideas on the correct data transference are proposed. The data formats, transference rules, transference processes are described. There are also proposals on some new services like mixed telephone number service, one terminal in possession of several identification numbers service at the end of the thesis.
