高中班主任指导实习教师班级管理 的现状与对策研究 摘要：本研究从高中班主任指导实习教师班级管理的现状出发，采用文献与实 证分析相结合的方法。依据梅奥的人际关系理论和素质教育理论，从班级管理 指导理念、指导内容和指导方法等维度编制调查问卷。通过调查了解高中班主 任指导实习教师班级管理现状，发现高中班主任班级管理中存在的问题，并进 一步地提出对策。 调查发现：班主任的示范、班规的标准和满足学生的尊重的心理需要等作 用在班级管理中发挥较好，同时也存在自愿接受班规约束不够理想，学习方法 指导效果不明显，对后进生的学习指导效果不明显，班级管理指导内容的实施 呈现表面化，忽视学生个体全面发展等问题。相对地，结合梅奥的人际关系理 论和素质教育理论，从提高班主任整体素质水平和学校管理的规范化水平两个 层面提出提高班级管理指导力的主要对策：即第一个层面，加强指导中“人” 的情感教育，促进积极的教育行动；促进班级管理主体间合作，以达到教学相 长；第二个层面，切实落实以生为本的素质教育理念；加强班主任规范化管理， 夯实班主任综合素质。 关键词：教育实习；班级管理；高中班主任；实习教师 I A study on the present situation and countermeasures of class teacher in senior high school mentoring student teachers classroom management Abstract：Starting from the present situation of class teacher in senior high school mentoring student teachers classroom management, adopting the combination of literature and empirical analysis methods.According to Mayo’s interpersonal relationship theory and the concept of quality education theory, from the dimensions of class management guiding ideas , instruction content and guiding method drawing questionnaire.Through the survey of class teacher in senior high school mentoring student teacher class management present situation , to find that class teacher in senior high school in class management problems and further put forward countermeasures.
