The design calculation and optimization of the telescopicboomofBuildingMaintenanceUnit A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：ZhangXiaoqiang Supervisor Prof.WangJin ： Chang’an University, Xi ’an, China 摘 要 近几年来，随着城镇化建设步伐加快，高层建筑越来越多，高层建筑外墙清洁、安装、 维护等问题日益凸显，这就为擦窗机提供了较大的发展空间。由于擦窗机属非标产品，设 计计算繁复、工作量大，目前传统的设计方法效率低、精度差，很难满足现代高性能擦窗 机设计要求。为此，本文开发了擦窗机伸缩臂计算机辅助设计与优化系统。 提出了擦窗机作业范围一定的前提下，确定伸缩臂节数及长度尺寸的方法，该方法综 合考虑了材料利用率、制造成本、伸缩臂重量等因素，使伸缩臂设计方案更合理。依据相 关擦窗机设计规范，对不同工况伸缩臂受力进行了分析，计算出危险截面应力。在满足强 度和作业尺寸要求的前提下，以伸缩臂重量轻、材料利用充分为目标，建立多目标擦窗机 伸缩臂截面尺寸优化设计模型，并针对具体实例，给出优化设计结果。采用去材料的方法 对优化后伸缩臂进行后处理，从而实现利用标准型材的同时减轻了伸缩臂重量。充分利用 Visual Basic 和Matlab 编程语言各自的优势，运用混合编程技术，开发出擦窗机伸缩臂计算 机辅助设计计算与优化软件，实现了伸缩臂长度尺寸的确定、截面尺寸的优化、方案图纸 的自动绘制等功能。 擦窗机伸缩臂设计计算方法的研究及相应的计算机辅助设计软件的开发，有效地提高 了擦窗机设计效率和质量，减轻了设计工作量。 关键词：擦窗机；伸缩臂；计算机辅助设计；优化；混合编程 I Abstract In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization, more and more high-rise buildings are emerging. Meanwhile, the problems such as cleaning, installation, maintenance of the external walls of the buildings are highlighted. These problems provide a larger space for the blossom of Building Maintenance Unit (BMU). Because of being a non-standard equipment, heavy workload and complicated calculation are needed in the design of BMU. The traditional design methods with lo efficiency and accuracy can not satisfy the need in developing a modern high-performance BMU. Therefore, a computer-aided design and optimization system for the telescopic boom of BMU are developed.
