摘要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展，计算机安全问题逐渐凸现，特别是计算机系统内部的敏感数据、文件越来越多，网络的通信工具包括E-mail，Web等存在极大的安全威胁，此时，文件监控系统成为保护计算机文件安全的首要解决方案。
本文首先介绍了目前计算机终端存储安全的相关背景和研究现状，然后在分析存储安全相关关键技术的基础上，设计并实现了计算机文件信息监控系统。该系统综合采用身份认证、机密文件操作监控、移动存储设备监控等多种技术手段，实现了对文件信息存储安全的有效防护，主要包括:通过ASP.NET编写的登录认证系统提高了身份验证的安全性；通过API挂钩，在用户层对终端用户的各种移动存储设备的使用情况进行有效监控。

Abstract
Along with information technologys rapid development, the computer security problem is aggravating. Especially more and more sensitive data and document in computer system’s storage space, the network communication facility including E-mail, Web and so on, exist enormous security threats, meanwhile, the document supervisory system becomes the most important solution to protect computer document’s security.
This article first introduced the present computer terminal memory security related background and the research in present situation, then, in the analysis saves the safe related key technologies in the foundation, designed and has realized the computer document information supervisory system.
