JS500型双卧轴混凝土搅拌机上料系统设计 摘 要：近年来，国家加大了基础设施的建设的力度，同时随着房地产市场迅猛发展，混凝土的需求也日益增长，这对混凝土机械行业的发展是十分有利的。JS500型混凝土搅拌机是一款小型搅拌机，主要适用于中小型的建筑工程，是非常重要的建筑机械。它是强制式卧轴搅拌机的一种，不但能搅拌干硬性混凝土，而且能搅拌轻骨料混凝土，是一款多功能搅拌机。该类型搅拌机的主要组成结构包括：传动系统、搅拌系统、上料系统、卸料系统、电气控制系统等零部件。在本次设计中主要设计的JS500混凝土搅拌机的上料系统，并对上料系统的各个部件进行校核，使之达到所需要的工作强度，满足不同情况下的需求。 JS500混凝土搅拌机；上料系统；强度校核  Design of feeding system to JS500 twin-shaft Concrete mixter Abstract ：In recent years, the state has increased efforts to build infrastructure, and with the rapid development of the real estate market, the demand for concrete is also increasing, which is the development of concrete machinery industry is very favorable.
