肝胆管结石再手术的临床资料分析 　　[摘要] 目的:探讨肝胆管结石的再手术方式a及其临床效果。方法:回顾性分析22例肝胆管结石患者再次手术的临床资料。结果:全组无死亡患者,疗效优良20例,差2例,优良率为90.9%;术后并发症少。结论:胆道再手术病因复杂,以肝胆管结石复发和结石残留居多,在治疗中,精湛的肝脏外科手术技术是开展复杂胆道外科手术、并保证手术成功的基础。 　　[关键词] 肝胆管结石;再手术;临床效果 　　[Abstract] Objective:To investigate the re-operation for hepatolithiasis and its clinical effect.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 22 cases of bile duct stones in patients with clinical data of re-operation.Results:There was no death in patients with the evaluation criteria,good in 20 cases,poor in 2 cases,90.9% good;few complications.Conclusion:Complex causes of biliary tract reopera
