康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复的影响 【摘 要】 目的 探讨脑卒中偏瘫的早期康复训练疗效。方法 将128 名脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为康复组和对照组各64 例。两组均给予相同的常规药物治疗，康复组同时接受系统的康复训练。采用Barthel指数评分。结果 治疗后两组间评分有显著性差异（Plt;0.01）。结论 早期进行康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者的肢体功能恢复，提高生活自理能力方面有不可替代的作用。 【关键词】 脑卒中；偏瘫；康复训练 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the early stroke rehabilitation efficacy.
