Studies of Servant Examination Rehearsal System Abstract Examination Rehearsal System was conducted for the selection and hiring of the civil servants by the authority in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations by mean of open examination and strict evaluation. That is to say to convert those who are not civil servants to civil servants. It contains two connecting level ，one is the examination ，the other is the hiring .After years of exploration and development ，servant examination rehearsal system has made obvious progress in fairness ，but in terms of protection of rights and interests of the examinee ，there is almost no progress. There are some problems almost each link in practice. This paper attempts to analysis of the existing problems and put forward corresponding suggestions for each link one by one. The thesis introduced the connotation and history of servant examination rehearsal system in our country and in British ，America and France .Starting from the second part, the paper divided the servant examination and rehearsal procedure into four stages with the procedure clue, that ’s register, exam, physical test, and political test.
