加强内部控制建设 提高财务管理水平的思考 　　【摘要】在当前市场经济条件下企业想要生存和发展，就必须要多盈利，提升自己经营利润才能在激烈的市场竞争中不被淘汰。企业要想达到这一目标，外部条件是一部分原因，而更重要的是企业的内在。企业不论规模大小、业务繁简，都必须建立一个完善的组织管理机构和管理体系，强有力且高效率的内部控制是企业管理的重要部分。增加内部控制建设是企业的保障，不仅能保证企业高效率运行还提高了财务管理水平。财务管理作为经营中的重要部分贯穿着整个经营环节，因此，要对企业成本进行全面的预算，增强对资金的管理，使企业财政业务形成一体化，促进企业经济效益的提升。本文对提高财务管理水平，加强企业内部财务控制建设的具体措施进行了简要分析。 　　【关键词】企业财务；内部控制；措施 　　[Abstract] under the condition of market economy enterprises want to survive and develop, it must enhance their own profit, operating profit can not be eliminated in the fierce competition in the market.
