思想政治工作者要注重提升综合素质的议论 　　摘要：思想政治工作是我们做好其他工作的保障和根本前提，特别是在21世纪的今天，更需要以思想政治为指导，做好政工工作，政工工作的好坏直接影响着一个单位的人心稳定性、精神振奋性、环境和谐性、团结合作性等一切有助于公司各项发展的因素。在新的世纪，社会的不断进步、物质生活以及精神文化的丰富同样需要思想的进一步活跃。因此，政工工作显得越发重要，而其中的重要环节是思想政治工作者要注重提升自身的综合素质。本文主要围绕着思想政治工作者如何提升自己的综合素质展进行了一些探讨。 　　关键词：思想政治；工作者；自身综合素质的提高 　　Abstract: the ideological and political work is the guarantee of doing other work we and fundamental premise, especially in todays 21st century, more need to thought politics as the instruction, do political work and political work of good or bad a direct impact on a units stability, spirits, environmental harmony,
